A three bedroomed 1930s detached house situated in the Anlaby Park Conservation area of Hull in the neo-tudor style with a half-timbered jettied gable to the front elevation and rendered walls to the first floor throughout.

The client was looking to extend over the side drive to create a fourth bedroom with a small study.

The form and appearance of the extension has been influenced by the geometry of the existing roof and for construction, maintenance and access reasons. Access into the extension will utilise the existing window opening on the landing.
